At Life Made Easy, we've designed our pricing structure to offer you flexibility and savings based on the number of hours you need within a single month. Our transparent pricing model makes it simple to understand how your costs can decrease as your companionship hours increase:

Prices as of 1/3/2025 inclusive of VAT

 

1 to 2 Hours: £31.00 per hour

3 to 4 Hours: £30.40 per hour

5 to 6 Hours: £29.80 per hour

7 to 9 Hours: £29.20 per hour

10 Hours or More: £27.40 per hour

 

This structure means the more hours you book in one month, the more cost-effective your companionship becomes. We believe in providing you with the flexibility to tailor your companionship experience to your preferences and budget.

Additional Expenses:

• Mileage: For outings or shopping services, we charge a mileage fee of 54p per mile. This fee covers the cost of transportation during these activities and ensures you can enjoy your time without worrying about travel expenses.

• Concessionary Expenses: Expenses such as admission fees or administrative charges incurred during outings are not included in our hourly rate and will be the responsibility of the Client.

Holiday and Out-of-Hours Pricing:

On public holidays, our pricing is doubled, reflecting the premium service we provide during these special times. Similarly, for appointments scheduled outside our standard operating hours of 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday, the hourly rate is increased by 1.5 times. We want to ensure that our dedicated team is available when you need us most, no matter the time or day.

Enjoying Your Companionship on Public Holidays

At Life Made Easy, we understand that special occasions like public holidays are important times to be with loved ones. If a public holiday coincides with your usual appointment day, we offer you two options to ensure you still receive the companionship you deserve:

1. Pay the Difference: You can choose to keep your appointment on the public holiday. In this case, the hourly rate for that day will be doubled (2x the normal price). This option allows you to maintain your scheduled companionship without rearranging your plans.

 

2. Rearrange in Advance: If you prefer to celebrate the holiday without companionship services, you can contact us in advance to reschedule your appointment. We will work with you to find a suitable alternative date and time that fits your needs.

 

We want to ensure that you have the flexibility to enjoy your companionship experience on your terms, even during public holidays. Your comfort and satisfaction remain our top priorities. 

 

Mileage Invoicing:

Mileage expenses will be invoiced on a monthly basis, providing you with a clear breakdown of these costs.

 

Our Service Area:

Our normal operational area covers Conwy County, Bangor, and a 5-mile radius of Bangor. However, we understand that your needs may extend beyond this area. In such cases, we may still be able to support you, but please be aware that there may be an additional cost associated with extending our service area. We'll always be transparent about any extra charges so you can make an informed decision that suits your requirements.
